However, we still see cases of the laying on of hands and, in particular, the exercise of authority through the granting of an order. If we learn to pray according to what the Bible says, our prayers will be productive. Matthäus 18:19 has no restrictions! The prayer of the agreement will work because it is the Word of God. You can be powerful alone in prayer, but you can be more powerful if someone joins you! Is it traditional in the New Testament that a fragile person was ever healed by this approach alone? Unfortunately, the answer is no. We find no concrete case where the Lord has healed someone by the mere prayer of the concordance of two or more believers. I still pray that God can associate me with the right people and also with the prayer partners. Unfortunately, the current emphasis on the “prayer of concord” is not supported by the New Testament. While it is certainly normal to be in agreement with other faithful in prayer on the basis of Matthew 18:19, there are other actions that lead to miraculous healing, which have much more weight and therefore effectiveness. Unfortunately, these acts, especially the exercise of authority, are rarely taught in the Church. I prayed seriously for my husband who decided to return to Africa after studying Britain in our home country. .
