3.1. FS4Trading acts as an intermediary between the customer and a potential seller or buyer of an item. FS4Trading has the right to conclude contracts with third parties in the name and on behalf of the contracting entity if an oral, written or electronic mandate has been issued to FS4Trading. FS4Trading will never be a contracting party and will not conclude contracts in its own name. 2.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements, offers, offers and other (legal) acts of FS4Trading. The applicability of any conditions of sale of the contracting entity is expressly excluded. 1.3. The intermediation contract is a service contract on the basis of which FS4Trading undertakes vis-à-vis the customer, in return for the payment of a commission, to play the role of intermediary in the constitution of a contract between the customer and a third party. 4.1. The customer is obliged to provide FS4Trading, on its own initiative, with all the information, documents and data necessary for the proper and correct provision of the intermediation services. The customer guarantees the accuracy of this information, documents and data.
1.1. FS4Trading is the intermediary based in (2651 BC) Berkel in Rodenrijs, The Netherlands, registered in the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 64810402 1.4. The contract is the contract for the purchase or sale of a property concluded between the customer and a third party. 3.2. Unless otherwise agreed, the investment contract includes only the following services: a. advice on the possibilities of concluding the contract; b. the implementation of treaty negotiations; c. active promotion of the conclusion of the contract; d.
the recording of the agreements concluded between the customer and the third party; e. Support the usual process in the context of the conclusion of the sales contract. 7.1. FS4Trading has the right to conclude, on behalf of and on behalf of the contracting entity, contracts with third parties for work to be carried out for the proper performance of the contract in favour of the contracting entity (such as transport, import or export). 1.2. The customer is the legal or natural person with whom FS4Trading concludes a mediation contract as an intermediary. 3.4. FS4Trading acts as an intermediary only for the benefit of the customer.
Third parties cannot deduct from rights the brokerage contract or the activities carried out by FS4Trading in this context. 10.2. The customer or persons and companies related to the customer are not allowed to maintain competitive business relations with the third party during or after the termination of the intermediary contract. • any form of contact (by telephone, in writing or electronically) between the customer and the third party, • leading to the direct delivery of goods by the customer to these third parties or to the direct delivery of goods by this third party to the customer without participation or authorization of FS4Trading, • to the extent that these objects lead to the direct supply of goods by the customer to these third parties or to the direct delivery of goods by this third party to the customer, without participation or authorization of FS4Trading, for which FS4Trading has played a similar or comparable intermediary role. 2.2. In the event of a deviation between any of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions and the content of the brokerage contract, the content of the intermediation contract shall take precedence. 5.1. The mediation contract is concluded indefinitely, unless otherwise agreed. 6.1. The customer must pay the agreed commission to FS4Trading as soon as a contract is concluded. FS4Trading may also charge a commission if the contract is not implemented for a reason that is not represented by FS4Trading.
