3.1. FS4Trading acts as an inter­me­di­ary between the cus­tomer and a poten­tial sell­er or buy­er of an item. FS4Trading has the right to con­clude con­tracts with third par­ties in the name and on behalf of the con­tract­ing enti­ty if an oral, writ­ten or elec­tron­ic man­date has been issued to FS4Trading. FS4Trading will nev­er be a con­tract­ing par­ty and will not con­clude con­tracts in its own name. 2.1. These Gen­er­al Terms and Con­di­tions apply to all agree­ments, offers, offers and oth­er (legal) acts of FS4Trading. The applic­a­bil­i­ty of any con­di­tions of sale of the con­tract­ing enti­ty is express­ly exclud­ed. 1.3. The inter­me­di­a­tion con­tract is a ser­vice con­tract on the basis of which FS4Trading under­takes vis-à-vis the cus­tomer, in return for the pay­ment of a com­mis­sion, to play the role of inter­me­di­ary in the con­sti­tu­tion of a con­tract between the cus­tomer and a third par­ty. 4.1. The cus­tomer is oblig­ed to pro­vide FS4Trading, on its own ini­tia­tive, with all the infor­ma­tion, doc­u­ments and data nec­es­sary for the prop­er and cor­rect pro­vi­sion of the inter­me­di­a­tion ser­vices. The cus­tomer guar­an­tees the accu­ra­cy of this infor­ma­tion, doc­u­ments and data.

1.1. FS4Trading is the inter­me­di­ary based in (2651 BC) Berkel in Roden­ri­js, The Nether­lands, reg­is­tered in the Com­mer­cial Reg­is­ter of the Cham­ber of Com­merce under num­ber 64810402 1.4. The con­tract is the con­tract for the pur­chase or sale of a prop­er­ty con­clud­ed between the cus­tomer and a third par­ty. 3.2. Unless oth­er­wise agreed, the invest­ment con­tract includes only the fol­low­ing ser­vices: a. advice on the pos­si­bil­i­ties of con­clud­ing the con­tract; b. the imple­men­ta­tion of treaty nego­ti­a­tions; c. active pro­mo­tion of the con­clu­sion of the con­tract; d.

the record­ing of the agree­ments con­clud­ed between the cus­tomer and the third par­ty; e. Sup­port the usu­al process in the con­text of the con­clu­sion of the sales con­tract. 7.1. FS4Trading has the right to con­clude, on behalf of and on behalf of the con­tract­ing enti­ty, con­tracts with third par­ties for work to be car­ried out for the prop­er per­for­mance of the con­tract in favour of the con­tract­ing enti­ty (such as trans­port, import or export). 1.2. The cus­tomer is the legal or nat­ur­al per­son with whom FS4Trading con­cludes a medi­a­tion con­tract as an inter­me­di­ary. 3.4. FS4Trading acts as an inter­me­di­ary only for the ben­e­fit of the customer.

Third par­ties can­not deduct from rights the bro­ker­age con­tract or the activ­i­ties car­ried out by FS4Trading in this con­text. 10.2. The cus­tomer or per­sons and com­pa­nies relat­ed to the cus­tomer are not allowed to main­tain com­pet­i­tive busi­ness rela­tions with the third par­ty dur­ing or after the ter­mi­na­tion of the inter­me­di­ary con­tract. • any form of con­tact (by tele­phone, in writ­ing or elec­tron­i­cal­ly) between the cus­tomer and the third par­ty, • lead­ing to the direct deliv­ery of goods by the cus­tomer to these third par­ties or to the direct deliv­ery of goods by this third par­ty to the cus­tomer with­out par­tic­i­pa­tion or autho­riza­tion of FS4Trading, • to the extent that these objects lead to the direct sup­ply of goods by the cus­tomer to these third par­ties or to the direct deliv­ery of goods by this third par­ty to the cus­tomer, with­out par­tic­i­pa­tion or autho­riza­tion of FS4Trading, for which FS4Trading has played a sim­i­lar or com­pa­ra­ble inter­me­di­ary role. 2.2. In the event of a devi­a­tion between any of the pro­vi­sions of these Gen­er­al Terms and Con­di­tions and the con­tent of the bro­ker­age con­tract, the con­tent of the inter­me­di­a­tion con­tract shall take prece­dence. 5.1. The medi­a­tion con­tract is con­clud­ed indef­i­nite­ly, unless oth­er­wise agreed. 6.1. The cus­tomer must pay the agreed com­mis­sion to FS4Trading as soon as a con­tract is con­clud­ed. FS4Trading may also charge a com­mis­sion if the con­tract is not imple­ment­ed for a rea­son that is not rep­re­sent­ed by FS4Trading.
