(d) in a manner that may affect a customer‘s service, Telstra‘s network or Equipment, another person‘s network or equipment, or Telstra‘s provision of services to a customer or another person; Plans that are no longer available as new services. A copy of this guide can be downloaded by cloud.telstra.com/help-and-support/terms-and-conditions our customer terms, formerly known as the “Standard Agreement Form”, in which we offer products and services for individuals and families (individuals), businesses and public authorities, as well as Telstra Wholesale. “Where we have fiber optics, we absolutely want to maintain fiber optic services. Where we don‘t have fiber optics, we will see the opportunity, and if NBN has already built fiber optics and we can connect a customer quickly enough, it makes economic sense, we absolutely want to take advantage of this investment that NBN is making. And in other circumstances, we can choose to build our own fiber,” he said. You can find Telstra‘s Terms of Sale under www.telstra.com/awsterms (which are not part of our customer terms) Providing connectivity through its own networks is much more important than through a wholesale network, and Sanjay Nayak, Telstras‘ head of global connectivity and platform product, said that providing services via its own fibre optics will remain a priority. DOT (Digital Office Technology) Prices and TM plans that are no longer available for sale to new or existing customers who want to reassign or add new services. Telstra will attempt to notify a customer before Telstra terminates or suspends that customer‘s services if reasonably possible. However, any failure to notify a customer does not affect such termination or suspension. If you are a corporate customer, these Terms and Conditions apply to you.

All Telstra Internet Solutions and Telstra Wholesale Internet Clients (“Customers”), including customers who are downstream suppliers, are required to comply with this Policy for acceptable use as part of their agreement with Telstra on Internet Access Services (whether under our Customer Terms, Customer Relationship Agreements or Wholesale Agreements) (“Customer Agreement”). .
